At the start of a massage, an introduction/intake interview takes place to collect the relevant information and explain the progress. You will also receive all the data we process and we will not store any information that you are not aware of. We do not store data longer than necessary for as long as the treatments take place.

After each client, the room is cleaned and disinfected.
Towels, sheets and blankets are changed after each treatment and are washed at 60 degrees or higher.

Hot stone massages can take place once a day because the material is thoroughly cleaned.

Before and after the treatment, the masseur cleans his/her hands with soap and water.

Massage takes place in an intimate setting. Touch takes place on the skin and you as a customer are covered with a blanket or sheet (in hot weather) to protect and privacy the body parts that are not being massaged at that time.

If you have a contagious condition such as an open wound, fungal infection, skin infection, are recovering after surgery, flu, fever, pneumonia or other contagious conditions, the massage cannot take place.
